STUART BOMAN is an Australian born bloodstock agent who is based in Newmarket, UK.
STUART is a partner in leading bloodstock agency BLANDFORD BLOODSTOCK, having joined the firm in 2010.
A qualified solicitor in Australia after studying law at Sydney University, Stuart is also a graduate in the initial intake of the DARLEY FYING START programme.
Prior to joining Blandford Bloodstock, Stuart has also worked for ARROWFIELD STUD (Australia) and GODOLPHIN (UK).
Stuart spent his formative years learning the craft alongside champion trainer GAI WATERHOUSE working the Australasian yearling sale circuit.
Stuart provides a valuable link between the Southern Hemisphere and Northern Hemisphere thoroughbred markets, having a detailed and unique first hand understanding of both. He specialises in European Horses in training.

Current star performer ZAAKI has become a highlight of his resume. Stuart secured ZAAKI for clients of trainer ANNABEL NESHAM from the 2020 Tattersalls Autumn Horses in training Sale for just 150,000 guineas.
Since arriving in Australia, ZAAKI rocketed to 2021 W S Cox Plate favouritism after a break out Queensland Winter Racing Carnival. In Queensland, ZAAKI easily won the Group 1 Doomben Cup, Group 2 Q22 and the Group 2 Hollindale Stakes, quickly grossing connections more than $1.4m in prizemoney. In the Spring, ZAAKI confirmed that form adding the Group 2 Tramway Stakes and Group 1 Underwood Stakes to his resume.
Stuart was also responsible for the purchase of the highly promising European import FLOATING ARTIST (GB), who placed 4th in the 2021 Melbourne Cup. FLOATING ARTIST was a luckless 2nd in the Group 2 Moonee Valley Gold Cup. FLOATING ARTIST won 3 of his first 4 Australian starts, signaling great potential down under
